• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with experience in policy issuance tools
• Level 2 General Insurance License and you’re working toward a CAIB or CIP designation (or already have one!)

Once here, you’ll:

• Represent Westland by advising clients in Alberta, helping them assess and fulfill their insurance needs
• Build strong client relationships through proactive service by phone, email, and text
• Manage inbound sales leads and uncover new opportunities through cross- and up-selling
• Use your underwriting knowledge to ensure accurate policy issuance and exceptional service
• Track client activities in our software and use tools efficiently to bind new policies
• Mentor junior team members and support onboarding or training as needed
• Support the Digital Sales Manager in day-to-day operations and team performance management
• Take ownership of your team’s success-driving results while delivering an outstanding client experience
